I Love it.

Lee Broom founded his company five years ago and has since gone on to become one of the UK’s leading product and interior designers. In his career, Broom has launched five furniture and lighting collections, designed over 40 retail, restaurant and bar interiors and has won 20 awards including the ‘Designer of the Year’ at the British Design Awards in November 2011. His work has been featured internationally in most major broadsheet and interior design publications.
Broom designs, manufactures and retails his own collections, in addition to collaborating with other leading brands such as Heal’s, Deadgood and Philips. The importance of the manufacturing process is integral to Broom’s philosophy with all of his unique contemporary pieces produced in Britain.  Broom works closely with specialist traditional craftsman from the initial concept to final production runs. His meteoric rise has seen him dubbed “the pin up of British manufacturing” by The Times.
Having started out in theatre school - a beginning which has greatly influenced the sense of drama and narrative that his collections create - Broom’s career took a change of direction after he won a fashion design competition at the age of 17. This led him to meet and then go onto work for the legendary designer Vivienne Westwood, after which he studied for a degree in fashion design at Central St Martins. Fashion is still a great source of inspiration for Broom and after his haute couture inspired ‘Salon’ upholstery collection in 2011, The Guardian commented “Lee Broom is to furniture what Marc Jacobs or Tom Ford are to fashion”
During his degree, Broom provided décor advice to a number of independent bars across London, which cemented an organic move into interior design. In 2007 the Lee Broom label was launched with his first furniture collection entitled ‘Neo Neon’ which received critical acclaim and since then he has launched a new collection each year, selling globally to London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

Ha en fin fin fredag,
